Born in the aftermath of the 2017 Manchester Arena Bombing, the PAcT First Aid Kit was developed as a collaboration between the National Counter Terrorism Security Office and medical experts. This event underscored the necessity for public access to first aid equipment in emergencies, and the PAcT Kit was designed to fulfil this lifesaving role.
