Standard delivery charge of £3.49 ex VAT on all orders under £55

Express First Class delivery option for £4.49 at checkout

You will receive the goods usually within 3-5 working days of placing your order if you select standard delivery.

You will receive the goods usually within 1-2 working days of placing your order if you select 1-2 day delivery

Returns - 

Items can be returned within 14 days from date of order

Buyer will receive refund of all the monies paid for the goods (excluding return postal charges) within 14 days

Claims

No claims can be entertained for damage or deficiency unless our office is notified in writing within the times specified: Non-delivery - within 14 days from date of invoice. Damage or deficiency - within 14 days from receipt.
